Cancellation Policy
Office hours are by appointment and we do value your time. Appointment time is reserved for you alone. When you make an appointment make sure you will be able to keep it. If for some unforeseen reason you are unable to keep your reserved appointment, please value our time as well and give the required 2 business days’ notice to facilitate your request.
Payment Policy
We believe in the importance of quality dental care, and we strive to provide the best dental treatment possible. Payment is due the same day the service is provided, however, we understand financial limitations influence your choice of care. We want to ensure you of the flexible approach to financing. We work with most insurance companies and always try to maximize your coverage through meticulous detailing of procedures and interaction with your insurer. If you qualify, we will work with you to devise a method of payment that works for both of us. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Debit, Cash. Absolutely no cheques. Please remember, however, that you are responsible for the portion of your treatment not covered by your dental insurance.
